Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gary Bunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ed Gein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bunn comes to the cage accompanied by Go to Sleep - Eminem. Gein has chosen Dead Skin Mask as his entrance music. Ed Gein has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
21 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Gary Bunn! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
25 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ed Gein! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gein goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Bunn dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Gary Bunn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A nice leg kick lands there from Bunn. Bunn pivots, looking for a leg kick but Gein is out of range and Bunn settles back down. Gein on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Bunn shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Gein manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bunn accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Gein is pulling down on Bunn's head to control his posture. Bunn trying to control the position from guard on top but Gein is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Gein wants to sweep here but Bunn controlling him for the moment. Gein keeping moving, preventing Bunn from controlling successfully. Gein looking to hit a scissor sweep but Bunn is one step ahead there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bunn stands up over Gein, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Gein looking for a sweep. Not yet Gein, not yet. Gein is trying to keep Bunn in close.
Bunn has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Bunn throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Gein works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Bunn is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Gein throws out a leg kick but Bunn moves out of range and Gein only half commits. Gein takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Gein tries a head kick but it misses.
Bunn lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Gein circles away quickly and effectively. Bunn misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Gein misses the jab. Ed Gein is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bunn swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Gein counters with an outside leg kick.
A left lands for Bunn. Bunn throws a low kick but Gein moves out of range easily. Bunn scoring well with a low kick there.
Gein lands a jab to the nose. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Bunn fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Gein avoids it really well and circles away. Gein takes one to the side of the head.
Bunn shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Gein defends it nicely. Bunn connects with an inside leg kick. Gein lands a head shot. Gein throws a big shot that misses.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bunn throws a hook but Gein blocks it. Gein on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Bunn. Bunn obviously looking to wear him down.
Bunn swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Bunn finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Gein staying out of range there. Both fighters circling a little - Gein finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Gein on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Bunn lands a head kick!
Bunn throws a nice looking combination but Gein bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Bunn throws a hook but Gein avoids it easily. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Bunn, right into the meat.
Bunn scores with a punch to the head. Bunn tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Bunn looks to score with a jab to the body but Gein is just out of range.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Gein tries to clinch but Bunn moves out of range. Bunn moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Bunn scores with a slapping inside leg kick. A head kick misses from Gein. Bunn walks into a jab. Gein avoids the body shot from Bunn.
Bunn drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Bunn misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Gein can't do much from the bottom here. Gein tries to improve position but can't. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! The referee asks Bunn politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Bunn prefers to stall for the moment though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Gary Bunn dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Gary Bunn is winning the standup battle so far. Bunn throws a chopping leg kick but Gein manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Bunn misses with a low kick.
Bunn will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Bunn rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Gein moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bunn fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Gein manages to avoid it. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Bunn. Bunn tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Gein scores with a leg kick.
Bunn takes a body punch but keeps moving. Gein tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Bunn manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Bunn digs a good hook to Gein's body.
Gein moves out of range of the leg kick from Bunn. Bunn takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
A shot to the body from Bunn misses and Gein counters with a body kick that stops Bunn in his tracks momentarily. Bunn throws a low kick but it's checked well by Gein. Bunn misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Gein plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Nice takedown defense from Gein. No joy for Bunn on that attempt. Gein lands a nice looking kick to the body. Bunn takes a step back to recover. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bunn chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Gein ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Bunn tries a low kick but Gein avoids it. Bunn misses with an attempted mid kick.
Gein scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Bunn's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Gein connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Bunn scrambles back to his feet.
Bunn is rocked! Bunn lands a really nice looking cross but Gein seems unphased.
Bunn jabbing away but nothing is landing. Gein uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Bunn. Bunn throws a low kick but Gein moves out of range easily. Gein takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Gein lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Bunn is looking to close the distance but Gein sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Bunn crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Bunn is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
