Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Benjamin Franklin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cesar James The Reaper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cesar James The Reaper told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Benjamin Franklin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Cesar James The Reaper! The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Columbo Gatti and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A jab from The Reaper does it's job there. The Reaper misses with a two punch combination.
Franklin moves forwards but The Reaper connects with a nice, crisp jab. The Reaper cracks a nice hook into Franklin's ribs. Franklin shoots in but The Reaper avoids the takedown attempt easily. Franklin fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Franklin with a poor takedown enabling The Reaper to counter with a crisp jab. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Benjamin Franklin. That's going to take a lot out of him. The Reaper throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
The Reaper throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Franklin. The Reaper lands with a good body shot. Franklin looks for a takedown but The Reaper sprawls well. The Reaper is looking to clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Franklin shoots in but The Reaper avoids the takedown attempt easily. The Reaper stuffs the takedown attempt from Franklin. Franklin gets slowly back to his feet. Franklin shoots in and drives through. The Reaper sprawls well. Franklin throws a low kick, looking for The Reaper's leg but The Reaper calmly moves out of range. The Reaper connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. The Reaper misses with a jab, cross combination.
Franklin really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Franklin fails with a takedown attempt. The Reaper darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Franklin dives in and grabs The Reaper's left leg, looking for a takedown. The Reaper pushes down on Franklin's head and hops out.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The Reaper tries to close the distance and clinch up but Franklin swats him away and circles back towards the center. Franklin looks for a takedown but The Reaper sprawls well. The Reaper is looking to slow Franklin down with leg kicks. A right-left combo lands from The Reaper. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! No luck for Franklin with that takedown attempt. Franklin is breathing heavily. The Reaper throws a nice looking combination but Franklin bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. The Reaper scores with a crisp jab that stopped Franklin in his tracks. Franklin takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Franklin shoots and misses and The Reaper counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Franklin has his takedown stuffed and The Reaper counters with a crisp one two that drops Franklin! The Reaper thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Franklin to his feet! Franklin is in big trouble!
Franklin is rocked!
That's three minutes gone in the round. The Reaper rushes Franklin and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. The Reaper lands a body shot in the clinch.
The Reaper lands with a short punch from the clinch.
A short right from The Reaper on the inside. The Reaper lands a hook that snaps the head of Franklin backwards. Oh Franklin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Franklin. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery. The Reaper pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Franklin seems to have got his legs back now. The Reaper throws a right and a left that both miss. The Reaper lands with a hook. Franklin tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Franklin fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but The Reaper avoids it really well and circles away. The Reaper fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Franklin, pushing him back against the cage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The Reaper manages to break the clinch.
Franklin is trying hard to land a takedown here. The Reaper sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Franklin shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. The Reaper connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Cesar James The Reaper is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. The Reaper moves into the clinch. Franklin is looking for a takedown. The Reaper breaks the clinch.
The Reaper jabs at Franklin's body. The Reaper wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. The Reaper is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Franklin had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! The Reaper is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. The Reaper looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Franklin on the wrong end of a nice hook. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Cesar James The Reaper dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
The Reaper fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Franklin. Cesar James The Reaper seems to be getting the better of the standup. The Reaper lands a left and a right that send Franklin crashing to the mat, dazed. The Reaper thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! The Reaper pounces like a tiger and cracks Franklin with a vicious hook! Franklin is down but not out! The Reaper follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:16 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Cesar James The Reaper!
