Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jim Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jonny Zurp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jim Miller! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jonny Zurp! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Colin Fotheringham and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Zurp misses with a wild combination.
Zurp changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Miller tries to avoid it but Zurp manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Miller to the ground. Miller escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Zurp lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Zurp forces Miller back against the cage and clinches. Miller wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Zurp has him pressed against the cage. Zurp has Miller pressed against the cage, preventing Miller from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Miller is trying to force a seperation but Zurp has the dominant position. Miller breaks from the clinch.
Zurp throws a body kick that misses. Zurp looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Zurp tries to clinch there but Miller circles away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Miller avoids the body shot from Zurp.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Zurp is defended easily by Miller. Jim Miller has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jonny Zurp. Miller circles away from the clinch attempt.
Zurp closes the distance and clinches up with Miller, looking for a takedown. Zurp pushes Miller against the cage but Miller circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Sloppy strikes from Zurp. Those never looked like landing. Zurp fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Zurp fails in his attempt to clinch. Jonny Zurp seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Zurp will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Miller avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Zurp misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Zurp throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Miller. Zurp looks winded! Zurp tries to close the distance and clinch but Miller swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Miller swats away the attempt to clinch by Zurp.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Zurp misses with a takedown attempt - Miller sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Zurp fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Zurp moves in looking to clinch but Miller pushes him off. Zurp tries to clinch but Miller moves out of range. Zurp lands a body shot.
Miller leaves Zurp with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Miller slaps away a takedown attempt from Zurp, before circling back to the center of the mat. Zurp throws a head kick but Miller moves out of range.

No luck with that takedown attempt from Zurp. Jonny Zurp seems to be getting the better of the standup. Zurp tries to clinch but Miller moves out of range. Zurp is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Zurp shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Miller but Miller pushes him off and we're back to square one. Jonny Zurp showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Zurp scores with a sloppy right hand. Miller should have avoided that one. Zurp takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Zurp throws a body kick that misses and Miller finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. Miller swats away the attempt to clinch by Zurp.

He shot from a bit too far out. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Zurp closes the distance looking to clinch letting Miller counter with a right hand.

Jim Miller has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Miller circles away from the clinch attempt.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Jonny Zurp. I've got Zurp winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
