The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Ivan Kurochkin and Aleksandr Martynov.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Goranov clinches up with Weiser and pushes him back against the cage.

Goranov successfully pulls guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Goranov seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Weiser trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Goranov bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Weiser's guard.
Goranov postures up.

Goranov gets to his feet. Weiser looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Goranov fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Weiser to the ground. Goranov is now in Weiser's guard.
Weiser can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Goranov controls the pace.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Goranov stands and steps away. Weiser gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Weiser should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Goranov stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Goranov wants it to stay on the feet.

Weiser tries to break free but Goranov pushes him back against the cage.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Goranov closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Weiser's guard.

Goranov gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

Goranov closes the distance and clinches.
Goranov lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Weiser is rocked!

Clinched against the cage, Goranov lands a big elbow that drops Weiser! The ref dives in to save him from more shots - Weiser is complaining that he's OK but he was done.
