And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Trystan Le Salle!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Porter has taken the fight to the clinch.

Porter gets a trip takedown into half guard.

Porter frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Porter content just to control the position here.
Le Salle is desperately trying to improve his position but Porter has a good base and remains in mount.
Porter sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Porter avoids the attempt from Le Salle to control.

Porter pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Le Salle is working to get back to half guard.

It looks like Trystan Le Salle has been cut.
Porter controlling the position easily from mount.
Le Salle really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Porter. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Porter has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Matthew Porter wasn't doing enough on the ground.
The fight stays on the outside here - Le Salle looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Porter shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Porter was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Porter is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Porter extends the arm and Le Salle is forced to tap!
