Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Peter Krig!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Daniel Franklin and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Krig closes the distance and pushes Dickey back into the cage.
Dickey effectively controlling the action here.
Dickey tries to pull guard but Krig won't allow it.
Krig is working Dickey over against the cage.
Krig is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Dickey is keeping busy.
Still in the clinch, Krig scores with a nice short uppercut.


It looks like Ron Dickey has been cut.
Dickey tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Krig just stands there and leans against the cage.
Dickey is trying to pull guard but Krig has him pressed against the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ron Dickey. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Dickey goes for a takedown attempt but Krig pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Krig connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Krig throws a jab when Dickey was well out of range.
Dickey takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Krig tries to close the distance and clinch up but Dickey swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Krig cracks a nice hook into Dickey's ribs.
Krig takes a swing at Dickey's ribcage but misses.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Krig loads up on a big right hand but Dickey slips the punch.
Dickey fails with a takedown attempt.
Dickey is breathing heavily.
Krig works the jab nicely.
Dickey takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Krig clinches up with Dickey and pushes him back against the cage.
Krig prevents the takedown attempt.
Krig cracks Dickey with a nice body shot.
Krig lands a body shot.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Krig lands an uppercut.


Ron Dickey's cut is getting worse.
Krig lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Krig lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Dickey.
A short right from Krig on the inside.

Krig lands an uppercut that drops Dickey! Krig follows him to the canvas looking to finish.


Dickey is rocked!
Krig in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.
Oh Dickey is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Krig in side control here. He's dropped a big elbow there and Dickey looks hurt! Oh, he is hurt! Krig turns on the heat and pounds him out for a TKO victory! Good killer instinct there!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Peter Krig!
Our winner, Peter Krig, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
