Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sergio Tyson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stefano Dufinbeger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dufinbeger has chosen Steppin Stone as his entrance music. Stefano Dufinbeger will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Sergio Tyson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Stefano Dufinbeger! The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Colin Fray and Jeff Smith.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tyson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Dufinbeger sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Tyson somewhat. Tyson is trying hard to land a takedown here. Dufinbeger sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Dufinbeger forces Tyson back against the ropes and clinches. Tyson is looking for a takedown up against the ropes. Dufinbeger gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sergio Tyson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Dufinbeger gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Tyson.
Tyson turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Dufinbeger is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the ropes but Tyson has just dragged him back down to the mat. Dufinbeger trying his best to control but Tyson has mounted him. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Tyson cracks Dufinbeger with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Tyson looking to control but Dufinbeger is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Dufinbeger tries to reverse the position but Tyson maintains control.  That's three minutes gone in the round. Tyson has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. The referee warns Dufinbeger that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Tyson's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Dufinbeger's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Dufinbeger tries to get back to half guard but can't. Tyson with good strikes from the mount here! Tyson fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Dufinbeger to the ground. Tyson is now in Dufinbeger's guard. Dufinbeger is wriggling around but Tyson manages to pass to half guard.
Tyson is figuring out what he wants to do next. Tyson uses his free foot to push down on Dufinbeger's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Dufinbeger. BOOM! Tyson connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Dufinbeger is not content to let Tyson control the position. Sergio Tyson overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Tyson drops an elbow to the side of Dufinbeger's head. Tyson tries to pass the half guard into mount. Dufinbeger knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Dufinbeger regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Tyson. Tyson forces his way into half guard. Tyson is controlling the pace.

 That's two minutes gone in the round. Tyson perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Tyson thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Dufinbeger's head. Tyson is controlling the pace.
Dufinbeger pushes Tyson off looking to stand but Tyson dives back in and keeps control.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Tyson not doing much here.
Dufinbeger has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Tyson is working away from the top position though.
 It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Tyson fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Dufinbeger drops Tyson with a beautiful combination! Tyson stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Dufinbeger is looking for the KO! This has been an exciting period of action! Tyson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dufinbeger tries to avoid it but Tyson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dufinbeger to the ground. Dufinbeger escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sergio Tyson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Dufinbeger connects with a right hand. Tyson shakes it off. Dufinbeger slaps away a takedown attempt from Tyson, before circling back to the center of the mat. Tyson circles away from the clinch attempt.

Tyson drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Dufinbeger is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Tyson is controlling him. Tyson missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Tyson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dufinbeger swivels though and keeps the full guard. Dufinbeger is looking to stand up but Tyson isn't so interested in that idea. Tyson trying to control but Dufinbeger is working from the bottom. Tyson lands a couple of digs. Tyson sitting in guard, not really doing much. Tyson loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
 That's five minutes gone in the round. Tyson seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Tyson wants to control from the top but Dufinbeger keeps moving. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Tyson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dufinbeger swivels though and keeps the full guard. Tyson wants to control from the top but Dufinbeger keeps moving.
 We're going to have a standup here because Sergio Tyson wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Dufinbeger bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Tyson's head backwards. Dufinbeger throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Dufinbeger moves in looking to clinch but Tyson pushes him off. Horrible takedown by Tyson or perhaps it was just good defense by Dufinbeger which made him look bad.
 That's six minutes gone in the round. No luck with that takedown attempt from Tyson. Good exchange - Dufinbeger coming out on top. This has been an exciting period of action! Dufinbeger with a nice cross. Dufinbeger clobbers Tyson with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Tyson is rocked! Dufinbeger dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Oh Tyson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Dufinbeger stuffs the takedown attempt from Tyson. Tyson gets slowly back to his feet. Tyson seems to have got his legs back now. Tyson on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Tyson drops his hands momentarily and Dufinbeger needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Tyson just on the top of the head. Tyson drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Tyson - he's done!
