Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Frederick Jackson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jack Trades! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A nice leg kick lands there from Jackson. Trades gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Jackson tries a knee to the head but Trades blocks it.

Trades pushes Jackson back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Jackson has had enough of the clinch but Trades keeps him there for the moment. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Jackson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Trades throws a lazy right hand but Jackson sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Trades lands with a straight right. Jackson didn't see that one coming. Trades throws a right hand that Jackson ducks under and follows up with a left that Jackson also avoids with ease. Jackson walks into a jab. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Nice straight punches there by Jackson. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Jackson.
It looks like Jack Trades has been cut. Trades closes the distance and clinches. Jackson misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Trades.
That's one minute gone in the round. Trades scores with a nice hook to the head. A nice right hand lands inside from Trades. Trades stalls. Trades swings wildly with an uppercut but Jackson uses good head movement to avoid it. Trades tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Jackson avoids it. Jackson has Trades pressed against the cage.

Trades prevents Jackson from breaking the clinch. Jackson tries to land a knee to the head but Trades blocks with his arms.

Jackson unloads a knee to the mid-section. Trades lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Jackson with an attempt at a knee that misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Trades tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Jackson manages to break the clinch.
Jackson throws a body kick that digs right into the meat. Jack Trades seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Trades looks winded! Trades on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Jackson. Jackson obviously looking to wear him down.
Jackson connects with an inside leg kick. Jackson connects with a high kick. Jackson bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Jackson is looking to slow Trades down with leg kicks. Jackson is looking to slow Trades down with leg kicks. Jackson feints and then cracks Trades's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Trades down. Jackson lands a big head kick that sends Trades tumbling to the mat! Jackson takes a step backwards and waves Trades back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Trades is rocked! Jackson scores with a jab to the body. Trades is still on wobbly legs! Can Jackson finish him? Jackson throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Jackson misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Trades seems to have recovered his senses.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jackson lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Trades head around and knocks him out cold! Jackson hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Frederick Jackson!
