Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Paulo Nobody (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Butch Cronk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Luis Engracia and Edson Gomes.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cronk fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Nobody avoids it really well and circles away.
Nobody tries to clinch but Cronk moves out of range.

Cronk shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Cronk was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Nobody sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
The fighters are battling for position here. Nobody manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Nobody wants to sweep here but Cronk controlling him for the moment.

Nobody has his feet on Cronk's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Cronk staying out of range there.
Cronk looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Nobody is fending him off so far but Cronk persists. Nope, Nobody circles away and we're back to standing.
Cronk is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Cronk fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Nobody sprawls well initially but Cronk persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Nobody regains full guard. Nicely done.

Cronk has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Nobody to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Cronk is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Nobody pulls down on the head and he's put Cronk to sleep! This one is all over!
