The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Alec Ball and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mu Yo uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Pharion.
Pharion throws a shot from downtown. Mu Yo moves away and avoids it.
Pharion misses with a straight left.
Mu Yo shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Pharion pinned against the cage. Pharion gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Mu Yo looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Pharion is fending him off so far but Mu Yo persists. Nope, Pharion circles away and we're back to standing.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Mu Yo is looking to take a break and control but Pharion is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Mu Yo is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Pharion's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Pharion's back!
Mu Yo controlling well, preventing Pharion from escaping the position.
So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
Mu Yo working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Pharion is doing well to defend. Mu Yo seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Pharion is forced to tap and this one is over!
