The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
BEBUM misses with a body kick.
Santos shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Santos must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
BEBUM looking for a guillotine here but Santos defends easily.
Santos controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Santos has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of BEBUM is proving hard to escape from.
BEBUM manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Santos manages to get himself to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
BEBUM postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
BEBUM is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Santos has his foot on BEBUM's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. BEBUM works his way back into a safe position though.

BEBUM drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Santos dives on top into guard.

BEBUM has his foot on Santos's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Santos works his way back into a safe position though.

BEBUM misses with a takedown attempt
and Santos decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in BEBUM's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Santos is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

BEBUM could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Santos sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed BEBUM's guard.
Santos seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but BEBUM does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Santos wants to pass the guard but BEBUM is defending well.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.

Santos won't allow BEBUM to sweep him here.
BEBUM has his feet on Santos's thighs here. He's pushed Santos off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Santos screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
