Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between New York (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brick Tamland (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Tamland throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
York throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Tamland leaves York with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Tamland checks a leg kick.
York fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Tamland to the ground. York is now in Tamland's guard.
York is posturing up here but Tamland has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! York tries to roll out but it's too tight and York has to tap! Slick submission there by Tamland!
