Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aiden McGregor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hanz Ferdanand (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ferdanand is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by down with the sickness. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Aiden McGregor! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Hanz Ferdanand! The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Daniel Blasius and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McGregor gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Ferdanand to score an easy takedown into full guard. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. McGregor is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. McGregor has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Ferdanand told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet. Ferdanand is looking to stand up but McGregor won't let him.
Aiden McGregor has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Ferdanand looks to clinch and McGregor counters with a nice double leg into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ferdanand has hold of McGregor's hands but McGregor slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. McGregor is nestled in close to Ferdanand, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. McGregor seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. McGregor has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. McGregor drops an elbow to the side of Ferdanand's head. Ferdanand blocking the ground and pound attempt from McGregor. McGregor content to control rather than advance. McGregor seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Ferdanand for as long as he can get away with. McGregor lands with a punch from half guard.
Ferdanand is rocked! McGregor lands a big elbow - Ferdanand is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for McGregor!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Aiden McGregor! Jumping up and down and very excited, Aiden McGregor waved his t-shirt featuring Alpha-Male Nutritional Supplements (q160)'s logo in front of the cameras. Hanz Ferdanand was interviewed post fight and said 'Well next time punk ill be the one who wins!'.
