It looks like Bartosz Gajtkowski has been cut.
Brown has Gajtkowski pressed up against the cage in a tight Thai clinch. Gajtkowski is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Brown - that's hurt Gajtkowski badly! Oh, another knee lands and Gajtkowski is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Gajtkowski doesn't seem to be complaining.
