Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Worse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stepan Stepanov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Worse comes to the cage accompanied by Cro Cop. Stepanov has chosen 13 Tries - Tell Me as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Gwen Towbar and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Worse tries to score a power double leg takedown but Stepanov sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Worse somewhat.
Stepanov swats away the attempt to clinch by Worse.
Stepanov shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Worse sprawls well. Worse wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Stepanov gets slowly back to his feet.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Worse wants to clinch
and Stepanov counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Stepanov throws a right and a left that Worse avoids nicely.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Worse misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Worse tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Stepanov was well out of range. Poor timing from Worse.

Worse moves in looking to clinch but Stepanov pushes him off.

Stepanov shoots in looking for a takedown. Worse tries to sprawl out of it but Stepanov keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Worse manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
The crowd cheers as Worse lands an impressive looking overhand right. Stepanov doesn't seem phased though.

The fighters circling - Worse throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Stepanov shoots in for a takedown but Worse shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Worse shoots in looking for a takedown but Stepanov manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Worse's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Worse stuffs the takedown attempt from Stepanov. Stepanov gets slowly back to his feet.

Stepanov throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Worse's waist but Worse gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Stepanov off to one side.

Stepanov is working to tighten is grip on Worse's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Worse has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Stepanov is really squeezing tight and eventually Worse passes out! Stepanov breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
