Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Natural Born Killer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randy Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Natural Born Killer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Randy Davis!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Alan Glass and Tiny Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Davis instigates a clinch.

Killer pulls guard effortlessly.
Davis wants to control from the top but Killer keeps moving.
Killer keeping full guard, as Davis tries to pass.
Davis trying to control the position from guard on top but Killer is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Killer is trying to control the position but Davis postures up.
Killer bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Davis's guard.
Davis lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Killer!
Killer is wriggling around trying to escape.

Davis is working for a guillotine from mount but Killer frees his head quite easily.
Davis controlling the position easily from mount.

Killer is wriggling around trying to escape.
Davis working away from the top, dropping strikes.

Davis looking for a guillotine from mount but Killer is having none of it.
Killer sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.

Davis is looking for a kimura but Killer is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Davis to get the leverage.
Davis moves into full mount! Killer won't be happy about that!
Killer is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, Davis has taken his back.
Davis is trying to stick to Killer's back but Killer is turning into Davis. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Davis's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Killer.

Killer is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Davis looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Killer has picked Davis up and slammed him! Davis can't keep hold of the triangle and Killer manages to pass to side control!

Killer tries for a kimura but Davis is defending well.
Davis is pushing Killer's head away, looking to escape. Killer manages to hold on to the position though.
Davis is trying to improve his position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Killer tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Killer has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Killer is breathing heavily.
Davis tries to bench press Killer off him but Killer keeps the position.
Davis throws a couple of punches but he's in a bad position and they don't land.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Killer looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Davis is avoiding damage well.
Davis stops Killer from passing to mount.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Killer fails to land the takedown.
Davis misses with a wild combination.

Davis closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Killer is trying to control but can't.
Davis wants to free his trapped foot but Killer is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Killer is looking to improve his position.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Killer has guillotine here! It looks pretty tight! Could this be all over! No, Davis escapes and passes into side control at the same time. Nice work there by Davis!

Davis tries for a kimura but Killer is defending well.
Davis is putting a hurting on Killer here, landing some big shots from side control.
Killer is trying to get back to half guard.
Davis misses with the ground and pound.

Davis wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Killer, who protects the arm well.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Killer is looking to reverse the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Randy Davis dominated that round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!


Killer misses with a takedown

and Davis counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Killer gets full guard.

Davis thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Davis passes Killer's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Killer wants to improve his position but Davis is controlling well.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Davis lands a nice short elbow.
Davis uses his free foot to push down on Killer's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Killer.
BOOM! Davis connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Killer sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
Killer wants to improve his position but Davis is controlling well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Davis is controlling the pace.
Davis prevents Killer from improving his position.

Killer looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Davis wants to lay and pray for a moment but Killer keeps working.

Davis is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Killer doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Davis.
Davis passes into side control, despite Killer's attempt to control the position.
Randy Davis has got the better of the ground game so far.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Killer is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Davis looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Killer is trying to control Davis's posture but Davis avoids it.
Killer is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Davis off and has taken his back!
Davis turns into Killer and is now in his guard.
Killer looking for a sweep. Not yet Killer, not yet.

Killer is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Davis forces his way into half guard.

Davis is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Killer is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
