Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Arshnoor Singh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Remy Banjasky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Singh comes to the cage accompanied by 2Pac - Hit 'Em Up. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Arshnoor Singh! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Remy Banjasky! The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Paulsen Ambrosius and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Banjasky throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Singh tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Banjasky is in Singh's guard. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Banjasky is looking to stand up but Singh won't let him. Singh trying to control the position here. Singh's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Singh fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Singh shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Banjasky as he avoids it easily. Singh fails miserably with a takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Arshnoor Singh. That's going to take a lot out of him. Banjasky gets the takedown into side control. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Singh might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Singh tries to reverse the position but Banjasky maintains control. Singh prevents any damage by holding on tight. Singh is trying to escape the mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Singh tries to hold on but Banjasky postures up. Singh keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Singh tries to lock up and control but Banjasky gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Singh tries to reverse the position but Banjasky maintains control. Banjasky is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Singh wants to hold on but Banjasky pushes him away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Singh can't escape the position.

That was a close round but I would say that Arshnoor Singh will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
