The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Richard Clark and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cheese feints and as Kanarek raises his hands in defense, Cheese changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Cheese trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Kanarek wants to stand and escape but Cheese is having none of it.
Cheese trying to control the position from guard on top but Kanarek is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Terry Cheese just wasn't active enough.
Cheese closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Cheese throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Kanarek to regain full guard.
Kanarek is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Cheese slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Cheese's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Cheese, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
