Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Heath Chappell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kabu Pnhay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Chris Saunders and Ryoma Takatsuka.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chappell tries to clinch but Pnhay is having none of it.
Chappell throws a head kick that half lands.
Pnhay lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Pnhay misses with a leg kick
and Chappell counters with a good, hard body kick but Pnhay shrugs it off.
Pnhay stuffs the takedown attempt from Chappell. Chappell gets slowly back to his feet.
Chappell tries to clinch but Pnhay moves away
and Pnhay makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Pnhay misses with a low kick.
Pnhay throws a leg kick that misses.
Pnhay throws a combination. Chappell tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Chappell shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Pnhay is trying to defend but Chappell finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Pnhay tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Chappell manages to move to mount!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Pnhay really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Chappell. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Pnhay has left one of his arms exposed and Chappell doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Pnhay screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.

A relieved looking Heath Chappell thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
