Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jackson Walker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Philip Go (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jackson Walker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, John Philip Go!
The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walker tries a head kick but it misses.
Go is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Go takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Go wants to clinch up but Walker keeps it at a distance.
Go tries to clinch there but Walker circles away.
Go tries to clinch but Walker moves out of range.
Go shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Go tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Walker manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Walker closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Go quickly recovers to half guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Walker throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Go wants to improve his position but Walker is controlling well.
Walker is controlling the pace.
Walker scoring with strikes to the body and head.

Walker wants to free his trapped foot but Go is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Walker with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Go is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Walker is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Go defends it well.
Go wants to control but Walker is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Walker drops an elbow to the side of Go's head.
Go is looking for a sweep. Walker is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Walker perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Walker has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Jackson Walker.
Go connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

Go tries to clinch

and Walker counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Walker.
Go wants to sweep here but Walker controlling him for the moment.
Walker has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Go looking to control.

Go controls Walker momentarily but Walker frees himself.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Go tries for a takedown but Walker sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Walker forces Go back against the cage and clinches.

Walker has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Go regains guard immediately.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Go thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Walker slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Go is being controlled here.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jackson Walker dominated that round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!


Walker stuffs the takedown attempt from Go. Go gets slowly back to his feet.
Go wants to clinch

and Walker counters by moving into the clinch.

Walker pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Walker drives through with a takedown into Go's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Go looking to control.
Jackson Walker overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Walker stays in close to Go's body and controls the position.
Walker working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Walker is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Walker pushing down on Go's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.

Go moves into full guard.
Go is breathing heavily.
Walker controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

Jackson Walker has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.

Walker has taken the fight to the clinch.
Go working hard to break the clinch.

Walker breaks from the clinch.
Go misses with an attempted mid kick.
Go misses with a takedown attempt

and Walker counters with a nice double leg into side control. Go won't be happy with that.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Go can't do much from the bottom here.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.

Walker creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.

The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Walker drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Go is looking for a sweep.
Walker in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.

Walker is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Walker is landing with some decent strikes but Go is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Walker tries to stand up but he's trapped just for the moment.
