Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Yoshi Yoshida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Korn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Sosuke Kotani and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yoshida misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Daniel Korn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Korn has his takedown stuffed
and Yoshida counters with a thumping low kick.
Yoshida shoots in looking for a takedown. Korn tries to sprawl out of it but Yoshida keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Korn manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Yoshida tries to kick Korn off but Korn keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Yoshida bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Korn's guard.

Yoshida uses his free foot to push down on Korn's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Korn.
