Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jim Jabber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zhang Zong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zhang Zong is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jim Jabber!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Zhang Zong!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zong shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Jabber defends it nicely.
Zong throws a body kick that misses.
Jabber scores with a one two! Zong had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
It looks like Zhang Zong has been cut.
A good leg kick by Jabber.
Zong fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Jabber is out of range.
Jabber cracks Zong with an open hand slap.
Jabber misses with a lunging right hand
and Zong counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Jabber thinking.
A looping hook to the body misses from Jabber. Zong does a little dance to reset his feet.
Jabber lands a big head kick that sends Zong tumbling to the mat! Jabber takes a step backwards and waves Zong back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Zong is rocked!
Jim Jabber is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jabber seems to be stalking Zong here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Zong drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Jim Jabber!
