Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Horst Linkke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jaska Jokunen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Linkke kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is asd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Tarja Halkonen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Linkke misses with a wild combination.
Good standup being displayed there by Jokunen as he connects with a hook.
Jaska Jokunen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice body punch from Jokunen.
Linkke is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Jokunen.

Jokunen throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Linkke's waist but Linkke gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jokunen off to one side.

Jokunen shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Linkke's guard.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Jokunen lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Linkke is bucking up trying to escape but Jokunen cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Jokunen goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Linkke is on top in guard.
Linkke knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jokunen on the ground.
Jokunen has his foot on Linkke's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Linkke works his way back into a safe position though.

Linkke wanted to stand there but Jokunen had control of the position.
Jokunen can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Linkke controls the pace.
Linkke stands up and waves to Jokunen to follow him.
Horst Linkke is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Jokunen looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Linkke is fending him off so far but Jokunen persists. Nope, Linkke circles away and we're back to standing.

Linkke swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Jokunen dodges the punch combination from Linkke.

Linkke throws out a loose jab but Jokunen uses good head movement to avoid it.

Horst Linkke has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jaska Jokunen.
Linkke takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Jokunen rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Linkke moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Horst Linkke will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

The fighters circling - Linkke throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
