Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Zohir Mohamedian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gus Frane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Zohir Mohamedian has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frane shoots in but Mohamedian avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Frane tries to close the distance and clinch but Mohamedian swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Frane tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Mohamedian was well out of range. Poor timing from Frane.
Mohamedian leaves Frane with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Frane tries to score a power double leg takedown but Mohamedian sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Frane somewhat.
Zohir Mohamedian has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gus Frane.
Mohamedian throws a series of strikes that have Frane backpedaling.

Frane feints and as Mohamedian raises his hands in defense, Frane changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Gus Frane wasn't active enough on the ground.
Mohamedian tries to clinch but Frane is having none of it.

Frane shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Mohamedian but Mohamedian pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Mohamedian just trying to survive but Frane is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Jab, jab by Mohamedian - just one landing.
Mohamedian lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Frane circles away quickly and effectively.

Frane closes the distance and clinches.
Mohamedian is working for takedown but Frane is calmly controlling the position for now.
Mohamedian tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Frane smiles and moves away.
Mohamedian defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Frane.
Frane has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Mohamedian finds it's way round the side to connect with Frane's head.
Mohamedian dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Frane moves forwards but Mohamedian connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Frane will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Mohamedian stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Mohamedian wants it to stay on the feet.

Frane throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Mohamedian tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Frane is in Mohamedian's guard.

Frane is sitting in close to Mohamedian's body. Mohamedian has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Frane is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Frane is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Mohamedian.
