Mefistoles comes to the cage accompanied by Avenged Sevenfold - Hail To The King . Ahmed Babilon Mamed acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mefistoles scoring well with a low kick there.

Mefistoles gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Mamed tries to pull guard but Mefistoles won't allow it.

Mefistoles bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Mamed's head backwards.

Mamed shoots in but no luck this time.
Lucio Mefistoles has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ahmed Babilon Mamed.

and Mefistoles counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Mamed looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Mefistoles lands a nice looking body shot.
Mefistoles lands a nice leg kick that just misses Mamed's sensitive parts.
Mamed doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Mefistoles lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Mamed at a distance.
Mamed looks winded!
A left lands for Mefistoles.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mefistoles jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Mamed takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Mefistoles moves out of range of the strikes.

Mefistoles drops Mamed with a beautiful combination! Mamed stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Mefistoles is looking for the KO!

Mamed is rocked!

It looks like Ahmed Babilon Mamed has been cut.

Mefistoles fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Mamed, pushing him back against the cage.
Mamed is still on wobbly legs! Can Mefistoles finish him?

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Mamed is trying to force a seperation but Mefistoles has the dominant position.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Mefistoles takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Mefistoles creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Mamed with a big uppercut! Mamed tries to clinch up but Mefistoles pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Mamed to the mat! Mamed covers up and Mefistoles unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
