The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Noner decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Noner throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. A close round but King Noner will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Kinkaid bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Noner tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Kinkaid wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Kinkaid goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Noner has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Kinkaid but great work by Noner. Noner is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Kinkaid is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Kinkaid regains half guard. Kinkaid is working on a guillotine. He's managed to get to full guard and he's really squeezing tight! Noner is tapping! Great win for Kinkaid!
