Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Joesph Ely (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and VJ Kiwi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kiwi has chosen Redlight - Get Out My Head as his entrance music. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The judges for this bout are Josh West, Jeff Smith and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ely has Kiwi up against the ropes in a clinch.
Kiwi looking for a takedown.
Ely lands a takedown into guard.
Kiwi is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Ely defends well.
Ely is looking to work some ground and pound but Kiwi has wrist control.
Ely pushes down on Kiwi's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Ely stalling away here and it's allowed Kiwi to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
Ely has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

and Ely counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Kiwi dives in and grabs Ely's left leg, looking for a takedown. Ely pushes down on Kiwi's head and hops out.
Joesph Ely has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of VJ Kiwi.
Ely tries to score a power double leg takedown but Kiwi sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Ely somewhat.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Ely gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Kiwi gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Ely.

VJ Kiwi showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Ely shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kiwi pinned against the ropes. Kiwi gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
A nice inside leg kick there by Ely. That's going to slow Kiwi down.
Joesph Ely seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

VJ Kiwi was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
