Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Julian Dunham (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim Jim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are James Glass, James Ackerman and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dunham throws a low kick, looking for Jim's leg but Jim calmly moves out of range.
Jim looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Jim wants to stand and escape but instead Dunham has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Dunham wanted to stand there but Jim had control of the position.
Dunham looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Jim keeping full guard, as Dunham tries to pass.
Jim is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Dunham is aware though and is defending well.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Dunham is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Julian Dunham.
Jim closes the distance and pushes Dunham back into the cage.
Jim pulls guard effortlessly.
Dunham stands up over Jim, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Dunham slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Dunham connects with a couple of short punches.
That's two minutes gone in the round.

Jim really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dunham. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Dunham chips away with some ground and pound.
Dunham is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Jim is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Dunham wants to control from the top but Jim keeps moving.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dunham postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Dunham is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Julian Dunham has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Dunham closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Jim to the mat! Jim manages to get full guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dunham passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Dunham lands a decent elbow from side control.
Dunham scores with a couple of short elbows.
Dunham creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Dunham has an Americana. Jim didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Dunham is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Dunham hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
