Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kevin Salas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Gregory Folan and William Peck.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Salas closes the distance and pushes Silva back into the cage.
Silva gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Salas.

Salas gets a trip takedown into half guard.
Silva tries to get to full guard but Salas has control of the leg.
Silva wants to control but Salas is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Salas tries to pass the half guard into mount. Silva knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Salas is trying to control the action in half guard but Silva is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Silva avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Salas.
Salas wants to take a breather but Silva is having none of it.
Silva looks like he's trying to stand up.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Kevin Salas wasn't active enough on the ground.
Silva misses the shot to the body.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Salas.
Silva takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Salas tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Salas throws a sloppy body shot
and Silva counters with a left to the body.
Salas's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Silva connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Salas scrambles back to his feet.

Salas throws a low kick but it's checked well by Silva.
Silva misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Salas.
Silva stuffs the takedown attempt from Salas. Salas gets slowly back to his feet.
Daniel Silva has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kevin Salas.
Salas takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Salas looks winded!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Silva throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Silva fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Salas manages to avoid it.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Salas.
Silva avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Silva takes a swing at Salas's ribcage but misses.

Silva swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Salas.

It looks like Kevin Salas has been cut.
Silva thows a body shot but no joy.
Silva ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Silva throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Salas moves into the clinch successfully.

Salas breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Silva lands a right hook to the body.
Salas swinging wildly here.
Silva scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.

Salas is rocked!

Silva scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Salas doesn't seem bothered though.
Salas is still on wobbly legs! Can Silva finish him?
Salas takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Silva fakes the body blow, causing Salas to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Salas goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
