The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, John Kavanagh and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from White.
White keeps the fight on the outside.
Apple takes the fight into the clinch.
White misses with a hook from the clinch.
Apple tries a body shot but White blocks it.
Apple digs a right hand into White's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on White's gas tank.
White lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
White fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Apple tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Apple swings wildly with an uppercut but White uses good head movement to avoid it.
Apple struggles to land a body shot inside as White controls his hands.
Apple tries to throw a body punch but White avoids it by throwing Apple back against the cage.
Apple is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. White can't fight it off and eventually Apple manages to take the fight to the floor. White looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
White has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Apple doesn't defend quickly enough and White has managed to lock this one up! Can Apple escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to White on a fantastic submission victory.
