Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vladmir Inemko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Drago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Inemko comes to the cage accompanied by Black Sabbath - Iron Man. Ivan Drago is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Vladmir Inemko! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ivan Drago! The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Vladimir Khabensky and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Inemko shoots in for a double leg but Drago sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Ivan Drago seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Inemko shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Drago's guard. Inemko is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Inemko working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Inemko is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Drago working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Inemko. Drago trying to keep a closed guard but Inemko is proving a slippery customer.
Drago is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Drago looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Drago is looking for a triangle but Inemko pushes his legs off easily.
Inemko is in close to Drago's body, working some short punches and elbows. Drago wants to sweep but no luck.
That's one minute gone in the round. Inemko would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Inemko trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Drago throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Inemko advances position into side control! Drago wants to control but Inemko postures up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Drago manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Inemko lands with a punch from half guard. Inemko lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Inemko working the head and body with strikes. Drago punching from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Inemko wants to take a breather but Drago is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Inemko seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Inemko looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Drago with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Drago has hold of Inemko's hands but Inemko slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Drago is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Inemko's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Inemko's back! Inemko is keeping busy.
Drago looks gassed! Drago is trying to stick to Inemko's back but Inemko is turning into Drago. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Drago's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Inemko. Inemko lands a couple of elbows. Inemko content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Inemko tries to stand but Drago is controlling from the bottom. Inemko thows a big elbow that misses. Inemko chips away with some ground and pound. Drago is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Inemko trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Drago is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Inemko preventing the sweep. Drago looking to control.
Inemko won't allow Drago to sweep him here. Drago has a closed guard, preventing Inemko from standing up. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Drago can do anything to dispel that myth. Drago looking for a sweep. Not yet Drago, not yet.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Drago misses with an uppercut. Inemko saw that one coming. Inemko misses with a takedown attempt - Drago sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Nice takedown defense from Drago. No joy for Inemko on that attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Vladmir Inemko. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Drago scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Drago connects with a body shot. Drago looks to score with a jab to the body but Inemko is just out of range. Drago pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Drago throws a lazy right hand but Inemko sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Drago avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Inemko lands a glancing blow to the side of Drago's head. Inemko takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Drago shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Drago is working for a submission of some sort.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Inemko tries to kick Drago off but Drago keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Ivan Drago will probably get the nod. That's time! Inemko's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Drago lands a nice hook to Inemko's body. Inemko takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Inemko scores with a jab to the body. Vladmir Inemko is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Inemko misses with a takedown attempt and Drago counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Inemko looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Drago pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Inemko is keeping the position for now. Inemko preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Inemko trying to keep a closed guard but Drago is proving a slippery customer.
Drago lands a couple of decent looking shots. Drago throws a big right hand that misses. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Inemko wants to sweep here but Drago controlling him for the moment. Drago drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Drago jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Good standup being displayed there by Drago as he connects with a hook. Inemko uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Drago. Inemko shoots in looking for a takedown. Drago tries to sprawl out of it but Inemko keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Drago manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Drago scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Drago dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Inemko tries for a takedown but Drago circles away easily and Drago cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Vladmir Inemko. That's going to take a lot out of him. Drago doesn't manage to clinch there - Inemko circles away.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Inemko slips a jab from Drago. Drago paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Nice uppercut lands for Drago. That snapped Inemko's head back.
Drago with a hook. Inemko tries to move into range but Drago moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Inemko is rocked! Drago throws a big shot that misses. Inemko lunges at Drago with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Drago's hand. Inemko tries to clinch there but Drago circles away.
Inemko gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Drago counters with an inside leg kick. Drago lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Drago throws a right and a left that Inemko avoids nicely. Drago lands a nice leg kick that just misses Inemko's sensitive parts.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Drago throws a right and a left that both miss. Good leg kick by Drago there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Inemko needs to keep his hands up - Drago had a free shot at his head there. Inemko takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Inemko tries for a takedown but Drago circles away easily and Inemko takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Inemko shoots and misses and Drago connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Inemko dodges the punch combination from Drago.
Inemko with a poor takedown and Drago counters with a nice body shot. Horrible takedown by Inemko or perhaps it was just good defense by Drago which made him look bad. Drago swings and misses with a shot to the body and Inemko counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Drago tries to roll over but Inemko keeps him under control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Drago landing small, sideways elbows. Inemko seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Drago tries to get to full guard but Inemko has control of the leg. Drago trying to control from the bottom.
Inemko is nestled in close to Drago, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Inemko working the head and body with strikes.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Drago throws a nice outside leg kick. Inemko misses with a jab, cross combination.

Ivan Drago showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

A left lands for Drago. Drago scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Oh Inemko is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Inemko shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Inemko seems to have got his legs back now. Inemko is looking to stall here but Drago recovers full guard. Inemko missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Drago lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Inemko! Both fighters are breathing heavily. Drago trying to control but he's not successful this time. Inemko is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Ivan Drago has got the better of the ground game so far. Drago is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Inemko can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Inemko is wriggling around trying to escape.
Inemko is working hard here to advance position. Drago looking to finish Inemko with some ground and pound. This is bad for Inemko!
That's two minutes gone in the round. A nice elbow there by Drago. Drago can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Inemko is looking to escape. BOOM! Drago connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Drago lands with some strikes. Drago is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Inemko has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Inemko! Inemko stands up over Drago, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Drago looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Inemko puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Drago actively working from the bottom here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Drago tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Inemko has advanced to mount. Uh oh. Inemko is in the full mount, landing strikes. Drago is trying to escape the mount.
Inemko looking to control and managing it successfully. Drago bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Inemko is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Drago trying to control but Inemko is working from the bottom. Inemko has his feet on Drago's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. Inemko gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Ivan Drago comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Drago has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
