Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Paul McCracken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Henkka Seppala (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Seppala is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Children of Bodom - Smile pretty for the devil. Paul McCracken has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Henkka Seppala!
The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Vladimir Khabensky and Valeri Chadov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCracken pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Seppala throws a hook to the side of McCracken's head but McCracken sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
McCracken fakes the leg kick and cracks Seppala in the body.
Seppala scores with a shot to the body.
McCracken throws a half hearted mid kick.
Seppala misses with a low kick.
Seppala fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. McCracken looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Seppala thows a body shot but no joy.
Seppala connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
McCracken misses with a kick to the body.
McCracken throws a head kick that misses.
Seppala looks to land a left hand but McCracken moved out of range nicely.
McCracken looks to score with a jab to the body but Seppala is just out of range.
McCracken looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.

Seppala bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Seppala ducks down and throws a hook to the body but McCracken moves away.
Seppala throws a series of punches but McCracken avoids them all with ease.

McCracken moves to clinch but Seppala breaks away

and Seppala counters with a crisp one two that drops McCracken! Seppala thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves McCracken to his feet! McCracken is in big trouble!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Oh McCracken is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Seppala's corner calls for a 1-2. Seppala obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Seppala tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but McCracken was well out of range. Poor timing from Seppala.
McCracken loads up on a big right hand but Seppala slips the punch.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Seppala.

McCracken steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Seppala.

McCracken moves in looking to clinch but Seppala pushes him off.
Seppala shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.

and Seppala counters with a straight right hand.

McCracken breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
McCracken lets loose with a powerful body kick. Seppala will feel that in the morning.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
McCracken throws out a leg kick but Seppala moves out of range and McCracken only half commits.

and McCracken counters with a nice body kick.

McCracken fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Seppala is out of range.
Seppala connects with a nice looking jab.

McCracken throws a right and a left that Seppala avoids nicely.
Seppala lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
McCracken throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Seppala on the side of the head.
McCracken lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Seppala throws a shot from downtown. McCracken moves away and avoids it.
McCracken fails in his attempt to clinch.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
McCracken thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Seppala if he has to take too many more of those.

That was a close second round but I would say that Paul McCracken will probably get the nod.

A looping hook to the body misses from Seppala. McCracken does a little dance to reset his feet.
Seppala lands a nice hook to McCracken's body. McCracken takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

McCracken throws a leg kick but Seppala sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Seppala's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

It's a brutal combination of punches from Seppala! McCracken is backing up but he can't get away as Seppala lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops McCracken and ends the fight. Great knockout.
