The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leissner closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Leissner lands in his opponent's guard.

Barnes throws a nice looking combination but Leissner bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Leissner shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Barnes sprawls well. Barnes wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Leissner gets slowly back to his feet.
