Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jose Gonzales (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Lynch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lynch has chosen Passenger by Deftones as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, John Roberts and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gonzales shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Gonzales trying to pass the guard but Lynch defending well.
Gonzales is looking to take a break and control but Lynch is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Lynch working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Gonzales doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Lynch is tightening it up a little... Gonzales has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Gonzales reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Gonzales taps out! Nice BJJ there by Lynch!
