The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch lands to the side of Yemelyanenko 's head but he takes it in his stride.
It looks like Vladimir Yemelyanenko has been cut.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Sagat.
Yemelyanenko shoots in and drives through. Sagat sprawls well.
Sagat throws a right and a left that both miss.
Sagat throws a body punch but Yemelyanenko moves out of range.
Yemelyanenko fails with an attempt to clinch.
Yemelyanenko could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Yemelyanenko.
Sagat moves into range and connects with a jab.
Yemelyanenko is rocked!
Sagat dives in and gets a big takedown. He lands in full mount and immediately unloads a series of heavy strikes! Yemelyanenko has had enough and taps out.
