Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Obama Heated (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and KT Turnstile (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Turnstile lands a lovely overhand right.
Heated takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Heated takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Turnstile ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

Heated is breathing heavily.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Turnstile is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Turnstile wants to sweep but no luck.

Heated stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Turnstile swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Turnstile really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Heated. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Turnstile is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Heated stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Turnstile.

KT Turnstile seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Heated gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Turnstile in particular looking to stall.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Let's hope that Turnstile has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
The ref stands the fighters back up. KT Turnstile was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Turnstile closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Turnstile lands in his opponent's guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
