The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Damage ducks under a wild hook from MacGregor.

Damage is looking for a sweep. MacGregor is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
MacGregor is trying to control the action in half guard but Damage is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

MacGregor is looking to stall here but Damage recovers full guard.

Damage working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. MacGregor doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. MacGregor manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Damage manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. MacGregor manages to get himself to full guard.
Damage missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
MacGregor lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Damage!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The referee warns Damage that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, MacGregor cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Damage is rocked!
MacGregor postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Damage badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of MacGregor around the waist but MacGregor pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! MacGregor is the winner by TKO! MacGregor jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Osgar MacGregor!
A less than humble Osgar MacGregor misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
