Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Zell Dincht (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Larry David (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dincht comes into the arena with Fanfare blaring out of the sound system. David comes into a darkened arena with his song building. PRINCE RAMA - RAGHUPATI kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
David lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Dincht smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
David throws a chopping leg kick but Dincht manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

Dincht fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. David sprawls well initially but Dincht persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

David really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dincht. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
David is trying to keep Dincht in close.
David pulls Dincht in close to prevent any damage.
Dincht wants to control from the top but David keeps moving.
David utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
David wants to stand but Dincht is controlling the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Dincht not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Larry David hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Dincht lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and David has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from David and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
David moves into range and connects with a jab.

and Dincht counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

David lands a head kick. Dincht smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
David looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

David uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Dincht has time to react.

That was a close round but I would say that Zell Dincht will probably get the nod.

Dincht throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around David's waist but David gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Dincht off to one side.
