Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Don Frye (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yoda Haka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Haka is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Boyz In Da Hood. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Frye is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Frye has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Don Frye.
Haka throws a shot from downtown. Frye moves away and avoids it.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Haka shoots in looking for a takedown but Frye manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Haka's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Haka misses with a lunging right hand

and Frye counters with a single leg into guard. Haka didn't expect that.
Haka is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Haka can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Frye controls the pace.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Frye is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Haka has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Frye is looking to defend but Haka has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Frye! Haka pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Frye taps out and this one is all over!

Yoda Haka got down on his knees post fight and begged the management for a title shot. 'Please, I want that title shot so bad! Give it to me!'
