Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kid Cozmo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rocky Balboa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cozmo wants to clinch but Balboa slips to the side
and Balboa counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Balboa is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Cozmo sees it coming and defends easily.
Cozmo is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.

Balboa is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Cozmo is looking to take a break and control but Balboa is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Kid Cozmo will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Cozmo misses with a takedown
and Balboa counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Cozmo!

Cozmo tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Balboa wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Balboa goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Cozmo has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Balboa but great work by Cozmo.

Cozmo is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Balboa is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Kid Cozmo has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Cozmo closes the distance and clinches up with Balboa, looking for a takedown. Cozmo pushes Balboa against the cage but Balboa circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Cozmo tries a head kick but it misses.
Balboa shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

Balboa is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Cozmo has managed to free his arm - good work.
Balboa looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Rocky Balboa showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Balboa has gone for a leg lock! Cozmo slips out almost immediately though and dives into Balboa's guard.
Balboa isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Cozmo stacks Balboa on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Cozmo!

Even with his hooks in, Cozmo manages to miss with strikes from the back.
Cozmo has got one arm under Balboa's chin. This could be trouble... Balboa trying to control the other hand but Cozmo gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Balboa has tapped out! The fight is over!
