Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Rain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Choio Grande (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Grande has chosen Hollywood Undead - Undead as his entrance music. Choio Grande has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Ryan Rain's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ryan Rain! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Choio Grande! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Gwen Towbar and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rain misses with a takedown attempt - Grande sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Choio Grande seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Grande. Grande feints and as Rain raises his hands in defense, Grande changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Grande distracts Rain with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Grande drops back, looking for a kneebar! Rain looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Rain looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Rain! Grande tries to get back to half guard but can't. Grande bucks up and tries to throw Rain off but instead Rain has got his back! Rain working for the choke. Grande manages to reverse the position and now he's in Rain's guard. Nice work there by Grande.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Rain keeping full guard, as Grande tries to pass.
That's one minute gone in the round. Grande drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Grande jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Grande trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Grande gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Grande looks gassed! Rain throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Grande looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Rain is fending him off so far but Grande persists. Nope, Rain circles away and we're back to standing. Grande fails with a takedown attempt. Ryan Rain has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Choio Grande. Grande fails with the takedown and Rain counters with a body kick that stops Grande in his tracks momentarily. Rain changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Grande tries to avoid it but Rain manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Grande to the ground. Grande escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Rain lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Rain fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Grande, pushing him back against the cage. Rain drags the fight down to the ground.
Rain is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Rain keeping moving, preventing Grande from controlling successfully.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Grande is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Rain working a defensive guard here.
Grande tries to free his leg and advance position but Rain is retaining full guard. Rain controls Grande momentarily but Grande frees himself. Grande passes Rain's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Rain trying to hold on to Grande's head to control him but Grande postures up.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Rain tries to close the distance and clinch up but Grande swats him away and circles back towards the center.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Grande shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Rain counters with a left and a right that stings Grande. Rain looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Grande is fending him off so far but Rain persists. Nope, Grande circles away and we're back to standing. Grande with a poor takedown and Rain counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Rain fails with an attempt to clinch.
Rain clinches up with Grande and pushes him back against the cage. Rain tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Rain drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Grande gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Grande looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Rain! Rain is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Grande looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Grande looking to secure an arm triangle but Rain defends it well. Rain tries to reverse the position but Grande maintains control. Grande has hold of Rain's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Rain manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Rain knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Grande on the ground. Grande thowing shots but they're missing. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Grande is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Rain is surviving well by controlling Grande's body position as best he can. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Choio Grande will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Grande fails with the takedown. Grande fails with the takedown and Rain counters with a solid body kick. Grande keeps the fight on the outside. Rain rushes Grande and presses him up against the cage. Rain is pressed up against the cage. Grande has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Rain down to the mat. Rain avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Ryan Rain has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Choio Grande. Grande stuffs the takedown. Rain pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Rain lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Rain tries for a takedown but Grande circles away easily and Grande counters with a nice double leg into side control. Rain won't be happy with that. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Rain stops Grande from passing to mount. Grande lands a few punches from side control. Grande is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Rain is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Grande thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Rain tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Grande wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Grande in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Rain is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Choio Grande! Choio Grande is the new light heavyweight champion!
