Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lane Frost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Elliott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Frost comes into the arena with 8 second ride (Jake Owen) blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Frost misses with a hook. Elliott ducked under it nicely. Frost thuds his right hand into Elliott's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Elliott uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Frost. Frost connects with the punch. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Frost, as that shot connected.

Lane Frost seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Frost lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Frost jabbing away but nothing is landing. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Frost stalks Elliott and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Elliott eats them both and turns towards Frost to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Frost moves into range and connects with a jab. Frost scores with a jab.
