Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Viper PG Master (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fidel Gaspar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fidel Gaspar will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Viper PG Master! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Fidel Gaspar! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Robert Twigg and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gaspar has managed to clinch.
PG Master fails to pull the fight into his guard.
PG Master tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Gaspar has dropped down and is working for a takedown. PG Master is trying to keep an underhook but Gaspar manages to get the takedown into half guard. PG Master is not content to let Gaspar control the position. PG Master tries to kick Gaspar off but Gaspar keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. PG Master works his way to full guard. Good work. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Gaspar wants to pass the guard but PG Master is keeping the position. PG Master looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
PG Master throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. Gaspar drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Gaspar jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. PG Master doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
PG Master has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. PG Master working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Gaspar doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Gaspar manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. PG Master is looking for a triangle but Gaspar pushes his legs off easily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage! Gaspar trying to control the position from guard on top but PG Master is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. PG Master has his foot on Gaspar's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Gaspar works his way back into a safe position though.
That's one minute gone in the round. PG Master keeping moving, preventing Gaspar from controlling successfully. Gaspar wants to get up but he can't break PG Master's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. PG Master striking off his back but it's not causing Gaspar any problems. PG Master looking to sweep here. No luck so far. PG Master striking off his back. Gaspar really doesn't want to stay on the ground with PG Master. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. PG Master tries to strike from the bottom.
PG Master lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Gaspar! Gaspar is trying desperately to improve position. Gaspar is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. PG Master working for a submission but Gaspar is keeping him at bay. PG Master is breathing heavily. PG Master lands a nice shot to the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gaspar is wriggling around trying to escape.
BOOM! PG Master connects with a massive shot to the dome!
PG Master prevents Gaspar from getting the reversal. PG Master breaks from Gaspar's wrist control and lands an elbow. Gaspar is in a horrible position here. PG Master smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Gaspar tries to get back to half guard but can't. PG Master with shots to the head and body - Gaspar looks very uncomfortable down there. PG Master scoring with strikes but Gaspar is staying in there. Gaspar taking shots to the head. PG Master working for a guillotine from mount but Gaspar is in no mood to give up. Gaspar tries to get back to half guard but can't. PG Master raining down shots from the mount! PG Master working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Gaspar turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips PG Master off and cradles Gaspar's limp body as PG Master celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:02 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Viper PG Master! Viper PG Master retains his welterweight title!
