Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sergei Kharitonov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jurij Vitalenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Jurij Vitalenko was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

19 - 14 - 0, fighting out of London, Jurij Vitalenko!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Chris Edwards and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice defenses there by Vitalenko.
Vitalenko checks a leg kick.
Vitalenko fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Vitalenko moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Vitalenko lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Vitalenko looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Vitalenko on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Good leg kick by Kharitonov there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Kharitonov misses with a left hand
and Vitalenko cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
It looks like Sergei Kharitonov has been cut.
Vitalenko looks to throw the jab but Kharitonov is out of range.
Kharitonov fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Vitalenko has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Kharitonov ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Kharitonov connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Vitalenko momentarily.
Kharitonov works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Vitalenko connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Kharitonov's hands.
Vitalenko throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Kharitonov drops his shoulder and cracks Vitalenko with a huge uppercut! Vitalenko goes down! Can Kharitonov finish him?

Vitalenko seems to have recovered his senses.

Sergei Kharitonov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Kharitonov connects with a solid leg kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

The fighters circle momentarily. Kharitonov darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Kharitonov throws the kick towards the body but Vitalenko avoids it.

Kharitonov throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Vitalenko is breathing heavily.
Kharitonov throws a lazy right hand but Vitalenko sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Kharitonov jabs Vitalenko to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Whack! Kharitonov lands a heavy head kick that drops Vitalenko. The ref tackles Kharitonov to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Vitalenko was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:39 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Sergei Kharitonov!
