And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Paulo Santos and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferreira fails with the takedown
and Nunez counters with a takedown into side control.
Nunez working away.
Ferreira is trying to get back to half guard.
Nunez wants to stand but Ferreira is controlling his arm.
You can see the frustration on Ferreira's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Nunez thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Ferreira manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ferreira moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Nunez is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Ferreira has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Nunez is looking to defend but Ferreira has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Nunez! Ferreira pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Nunez taps out and this one is all over!
