Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tony Dante (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Wallace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wallace has chosen Who shot Ya? as his entrance music. Tony Dante is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tony Dante! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chris Wallace! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Frank Dennis and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dante throws a nice looking combination but Wallace bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Wallace tries to clinch there but Dante circles away.
Wallace takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Dante fails with a takedown attempt from distance. The fight stays on the outside here - Wallace looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Dante shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Wallace pinned against the cage. Wallace gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Wallace doesn't manage to clinch there - Dante circles away.
Wallace swings widly with a right hand
and Dante counters with a nice body shot. Dante connects with a body shot. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Dante, as that shot connected.
Dante looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Wallace! Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Wallace tries to hold on but Dante postures up. Wallace is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Dante has hold of Wallace's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Wallace manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Wallace tries to get back to half guard but can't. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wallace avoids a series of strikes thrown by Dante.
Wallace is in all sorts of trouble here.
Dante is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Wallace has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Wallace! Dante looking to control.
Wallace looking to pass the guard. Wallace distracts Dante with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Wallace stands and steps away. Dante gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Dante scores a takedown into full mount! Dante is breathing heavily. Wallace is looking to improve his position but Dante isn't that keen on the idea.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wallace swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing. Dante looking to control but Wallace is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Wallace is looking to improve his position but Dante isn't that keen on the idea. Dante is working for a guillotine from mount but Wallace frees his head quite easily.
Wallace tries to hold on but Dante pushes him away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dante controlling from the full mount. Dante looking to control but Wallace is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Dante has control of Wallace's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Wallace regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Dante stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet. Wallace stuffs the takedown attempt from Dante. Dante gets slowly back to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tony Dante. That's going to take a lot out of him. Dante throws a right hand that Wallace ducks under and follows up with a left that Wallace also avoids with ease. Dante changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Wallace looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wallace is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Dante's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Wallace looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Dante is trying to control the action in half guard but Wallace is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Dante knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Wallace on the ground. Dante stalling. Wallace is defending against the submission attempts here by Dante.
Wallace tries to roll over but Dante keeps him under control. Wallace is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tony Dante dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Wallace closes this distance looking for a takedown but Dante circles away. Dante tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Wallace swivels and escapes. Dante scores with a takedown into Wallace's guard. Wallace pushes Dante off and gets back to his feet.
Wallace misses the shot to the body. Wallace dodges the punch combination from Dante.
Wallace takes a kick to the side of the head. Wallace stuffs the takedown. Wallace decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Wallace trying to control from half guard but Dante is working away. Wallace is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Dante is just riding it out for now. Wallace eventually gives up the hold. Dante wants to improve his position but Wallace is controlling well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wallace is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Wallace is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Dante is looking to improve his position.
Dante misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Dante tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Dante is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Dante is looking to control Wallace's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Dante avoid being mounted? Dante is refusing to be controlled, as Wallace sits in half guard. Dante wants to control but Wallace is keeping busy.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Dante tries for a takedown but Wallace circles away easily and Dante takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tony Dante. That's going to take a lot out of him. Wallace fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Dante manages to avoid it. Wallace clinches. Wallace stops a takedown attempt from Dante.
Wallace misses with an elbow over the top. Wallace will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Dante up against the cage. Dante drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Wallace looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Wallace working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Dante doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Dante manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Wallace working for a triangle but Dante defends it easily.
Dante stands and throws Wallace's legs to the side, diving into side control. Wallace regains half guard. Wallace is holding on to half guard well. Wallace is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Dante's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Dante's back! I would not like to be Dante right now.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A bit of a pause in the action here. Wallace controlling the positon. Dante tries to roll but Wallace sticks to his back.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Wallace looking for the rear naked choke. And he's got it! Dante taps!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:34 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Chris Wallace!
