The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Charco takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Nice uppercut lands for Santiago. That snapped Charco's head back.

Charco shoots in and drives through. Santiago sprawls well.

Charco dodges the punch combination from Santiago.
Charco changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Santiago tries to avoid it but Charco manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Santiago to the ground. Santiago escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Charco uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Santiago.

Charco throws a jab but it's blocked by Santiago.

Friar Santiago is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Charco swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Charco gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Santiago throws a series of punches but Charco avoids them all with ease.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Charco. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Santiago lands a big uppercut and Charco crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Charco looks OK. Santiago waves Charco back to his feet!
Charco is rocked!
Santiago is stalking Charco. Charco circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Santiago, and it's lights out! Charco really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
