Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Gab Batista!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ian Logan!
The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Anthony Taglia and Eddie Farnsworth.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Batista throws a head kick that misses.
Logan slaps away a takedown attempt from Batista, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Logan fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Batista.
Logan comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Batista.
Batista takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
A big right from Logan misses.
Ian Logan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Logan throws a sloppy head kick and Batista moves out of range easily.
Logan lets loose with a powerful body kick. Batista will feel that in the morning.
Logan lands with a hook. Batista tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Batista shoots and misses
and Logan counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gab Batista. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Batista with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Logan to score with a decent uppercut.
Logan throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Batista is breathing heavily.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Good exchange - Logan coming out on top.
Logan lands a leg kick that knocks Batista off balance momentarily.
Logan lands a big head kick that sends Batista to the canvas! Logan follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
