Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Otis is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Silva's half guard.
Silva wants to control but Otis is keeping busy.
Otis prevents Silva from standing back up.

I really don't envy Otis right now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Silva controlling the position well here. Otis rolled but Silva kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Can Otis hold on?! Silva is landing more strikes to his hapless foe.

Otis manages to work his way to half guard, despite Silva's best efforts.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Silva connects with a nice short shot to Otis's temple.
Otis has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Silva is working away from the top position though.
Otis is looking for a sweep. Silva is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Silva wants to free his trapped foot but Otis is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Silva working over Otis with some ground and pound. Otis looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Otis is looking to escape.
Silva is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Otis is just riding it out for now. Silva eventually gives up the hold.
Silva winds up and cracks Otis with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Silva is nestled in close to Otis, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Otis on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Silva scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Otis is rocked!

Otis wants to get back to his feet.
Oh Otis is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Silva lands a big elbow - Otis is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Silva!
