Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Humphrey Bogary (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Scott Peterson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Peterson is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Invasion of the Bodysnatcher. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Humphrey Bogary! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Scott Peterson! The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Steve Erwin and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bogary shoots for a double leg takedown but Peterson sprawls well. He's pushed Bogary's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Bogary misses with a double jab.
Bogary shoots in for a takedown but Peterson shows good takedown defense. Bogary missing with a left hand there. Peterson was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Bogary fails to land the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Humphrey Bogary. That's going to take a lot out of him. Bogary walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Peterson checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Bogary fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Peterson manages to avoid it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bogary misses the jab. Peterson throws a leg kick but Bogary sees it coming and checks it nicely. Peterson keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Bogary gets caught flat footed, as Peterson shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Peterson trying to control the position from guard on top but Bogary is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Peterson might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Bogary kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Peterson with a flurry of punches that miss. Bogary working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Peterson has passed into half guard!
Peterson content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Bogary looking for submissions off his back.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Bogary has a hand on Peterson's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Peterson takes advantage of the position though and mounts him! Bogary tries to get back to half guard but can't. Peterson working for a submission but Bogary is keeping him at bay. Bogary can't escape the position.
Bogary is squirming around, avoiding Peterson's attempts to control the action. Bogary is looking to improve his position but Peterson isn't that keen on the idea. Peterson controlling from the full mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Peterson is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Bogary is forced to tap! Great finish!
